Sweepstakes sponsored by Jamie Banfield Design Inc.; By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules.
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Jamie Banfield Design; and its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses and/or dependents). Correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question is required to win.
HOW TO ENTER
The Sweepstakes begins Tuesday September 17th 1st, 2024 at 10:00am PST and ends Sunday October 20th , 2024 at 4:00pm PST. You must agree to all Sweepstakes Rules in order to enter. Your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of and agreement to all of these Sweepstakes Rules. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will result in disqualification. Entries will be deemed void if incomplete, inaccurate or late.
PRIZING
Four (4) complementary Vancouver Fall Home Show tickets (no cash value) prize available to be won.
• Total 25 price packs. First come first serve.
No cash substitutions. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. All assembly and installation charges (including taxes), if required and otherwise unstated, are extra and the responsibility of the winner. Trail Appliances Ltd. reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value should all or part of a prize become unavailable for any reason.
WINNER SELECTION
a.) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes period will receive their complimentary tickets after the deadline on October 20th, 2024. The selected entrants will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question prior to being deemed a winner and demonstrate that all the Sweepstakes requirements have been satisfied.
b.) The selected entrants will be notified by either phone or email, as provided on the entry ballot, after which the entrant must respond within twenty-one (21) business days to a Sweepstakes organizer. If the selected entrant does not respond in accordance with these Rules, he/she may be disqualified and another entrant may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
c.) Neither Jamie Banfield Design Inc. nor its affiliates will be responsible for the failure of selected entrants not being able to receive notification or for the selected entrants not being able to respond as stipulated above. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign an agreement and release confirming (i) compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules, (ii) acceptance of the prize as offered and (iii) releasing Jamie Banfield Design. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers (including the prize suppliers), advertising and promotional agencies, representatives or agents, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and each of them from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, expenses and costs (including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses). Obligations of any nature and kind whatsoever and howsoever arising, whether known or unknown, which now or hereafter exists, which I, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, had, now have or hereafter may have, or may suffer or incur arising out of, related to, or connected with the Sweepstakes and the Prize, including without limitation the operation of the Sweepstakes, the awarding of prizes, any loss or damage to the Prize, any personal injury or loss or damage to property in connection with the receipt and use of the Prize, or any breach of my publicity or privacy rights.
d.) Winners will be required to produce valid photo ID to pick up prize at a Jamie Banfield Design Inc. location in BC. All products, delivery, and installation charges (including taxes), if required, are the responsibility of the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS
Jamie Banfield Design Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating the Sweepstakes Rules. Jamie Banfield Design and Sweepstakes administrators assume no responsibility or liability for lost, late, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies, or any agreement and release documents, whether caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Trail Appliances Ltd. which corrupted or affected the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Trail Appliances Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
By entering this Sweepstakes, you are giving Jamie Banfield Design, and its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective employees or other representatives, permission to broadcast, publish, and otherwise use your name, photograph, image, statements regarding the draw or the prize, place of residence, and/or voice for publicity purposes. You have also read, understood, accept, and agree to be bound by the full set of official Sweepstakes Rules and Privacy Policy available at www.jamiebanfield.ca.
Jamie Banfield Design Inc. reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without prior notice, subject to any applicable laws and regulations.
